Northern Youth Theatre Project

Northern Youth Theatre Project is a fully inclusive community youth theatre based in Newcastle upon Tyne, and includes members aged 12 - 20, who are responsible for all aspects of our productions, including design, marketing, original music composition, lighting and sound and performance. NYTP has previously been selected to take part in NTConnections festivals in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. In August 2015 NYTP performed as part of the RSC Summer Season in Stratford upon Avon, and in August 2017 took their production of Bassett by James Graham to the Edinburgh Fringe.
