Theatre Education Practitioner (sabbatical cover)

Do you have experience of devising and leading participatory drama activities with different ages and abilities in a professional environment?  Do you have a passion for community engagement in the arts? If so, we want to hear from you. We’re looking for an experienced Theatre Education Practitioner to work with us for a 5 month period, to develop and deliver education projects.

You will have an awareness of the Education Sector and an interest in developing creativity in the curriculum. You will be a self-starter with excellent organisational, planning and team working skills. All applicants must hold a satisfactory enhanced DBS check. This role will include evening and weekend working.

Deadline for receipt of applications is Thursday 25 January 2024 at 10am Interviews will be held on Wednesday 31 January during the day at the New Vic, followed by a practical session with one of our Youth Theatre Groups 4-6pm the same day.
