Job Description

We are committed to improving diversity and inclusion across our organisation. Don't meet every single requirement? A key focus is Globe Youth Theatre and Globe Young Company, equating to approximately 0.5 of this role. In addition, the Youth Theatre and Learning Manager supports one-off Young People's activities, delivered year-round. The role also leads on and manages selected funded projects within and outside formal education settings, and also contributes to other significant Learning programmes such as Family activities, Lively Action workshops and Playing Shakespeare.

The Youth Theatre and Learning Manager works as part of a team to advocate for Education activities, whilst supporting direct reports and wider team members to effectively deliver schools-focused and public-facing activities.
