
Participation Producer (freelance) - The Javaad Alipoor Company
The Participation Producer will support the Artistic Director and Executive Producer to deliver “Gypsy Jams” [working title] in close collaboration with KasKosan in Bolton and Bradford. This is a hands-on role for an experienced community producer. Fixed term: 3 days per week, March - May 2024.
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead on producing and delivery of Gypsy Jams including, but not limited to: building an experienced and committed team, managing the workshops, organizing travel, delivering to schedule, managing the budget, liaising with comms and overseeing a thorough evaluation, as well as maintaining excellent partner and stakeholder relationships throughout.
Lead the management of the relationship with KasKosan, ensuring they are well supported throughout the project.
Manage and report against the project budget, ensuring expenditure is tightly controlled.
Lead on reporting and evaluation.
Contribute to effective marketing and communications, brand, and audience development strategies for each project in line with company strategy.
Line manage Workshop Facilitators, Assistants, Trainees and Volunteers as required.
Manage relationships with a range of stakeholders and partners that are project specific.
Undertake any additional tasks as may be required by the Artistic Director and Executive Producer.
