Lewisham Theatre is recruiting a Participation Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lewisham Theatre are seeking a dynamic youth arts leader for this rare opportunity to both manage and deliver a programme of youth theatre activities for young people aged 8-18. The successful candidate will be a talented youth theatre director, with experience of directing performances with young people facing a range of needs and using theatre as a tool to empower young people’s development and ambitions. You will have experience of managing a team and ensuring quality delivery across a range of activities. You will have a passion for developing programmes that meet the needs of those involved, and excited to join LYT as they develop a new youth-led creative hub in the centre of Lewisham.

They particularly encourage applicants with lived experience of the needs of our participants, including those from Global Majority backgrounds.

Hours: Full-time

Salary: £29,000-£32,000 per annum (salary is likely to start at the lower end of this range)
