We're thrilled that you're considering joining Icon Theatre as Guest Director (Youth Theatre), an opportunity to be part of an award-winning nationally recognised organisation that's transforming the theatre and participatory arts landscape locally in Kent and beyond.

We are looking for a talented and passionate theatre director, experienced in co-creation facilitation with young people, to plan and deliver weekly youth theatre sessions in autumn 2025 and spring term 2026, supporting two groups of young people to develop skills, have fun and co-create, rehearse and perform a high quality performance at the completion of spring term 2026 for a public audience.
