Looking for engaging and high energy early years teachers for performing arts classes in Hackney and Loughton from September 2025.

Job Description

Performing Arts teachers who specialise in early years (4-6 yrs) to plan and lead weekly classes. Should have experience in singing, acting and dance to introduce students to all disciplines as well as building confidence and self-esteem.

Positions available:

Saturdays in Hackney, 2.30pm - 4pm

Sundays in Loughton, 2.00pm - 3.30pm

£40 per week, paid monthly.

Job Requirements

* Experience working with 4-6 yrs in a fun, engaging and inclusive way.

* Experience in singing, acting and dance with the ability to share knowledge with early years children as an introduction to the performing arts.

* Team player

* DBS Certificate

Job Responsibilities

* To plan and lead weekly workshops that include singing, drama and dance appropriate for the age group and ability of the class.

* Work towards end-of-term sharings for parents/ guardians.

* Advocate for the young people in your care, keeping their safeguarding as paramount at all times.

* Help to build confidence and self-esteem in the young people within the class.
